Henry Customer Letters

I bought one of your .22lr lever actions 4 years back. It is the best .22 rifle I own. I have a 7 year old son that will be getting his first .22 at the age of 10. The Henry will be the one I get for him (Golden Boy). Might even get another one for me. Thanks for such a great product.

Gentlemen: I have two H00l's. At this point that I think you are probably producing, as far as I'm concerned, the best value available in 22 lever action guns. The action is smoother than any other lever action 22 I have looked at. I think that eventually I will probably have to go down to the gun store and come home with a Golden Boy. I just purchased a Lever Action 22 from a friend. He lost the owners manual and hood for the rifle. I went to the range today with the rifle and my seven year old Grandson and we had a blast . I am a Bench Rest shooter and travel around the country to compete. You guys should be proud of your product. Being a Bench shooter I am a stickler for a clean rifle and bore. Do you sell a bore guide that mounts on the mussel ? Please send me the Manual and front sight hood and guide to: (and invoice for the hood, and guide)

I have recently purchased a Henry Big Boy 44 Mag. I saw it at my local gun store and could not put it down. I have never seen such a nice looking lever action rifle. I have (2) 30-30 Winchesters and compared the Big Boy to the workmanship of the Winchesters. There is no comparison!! It is one of the finest quality rifle that I have ever owned.

Dear Mr Imperato,

thank you for your reply to my e-mail and your offer to replace the receiver cover. I waited however until another shipment arrived at the gun shop and picked up my new Golden Boy on Monday. I am pleased I waited as the rifle is everything I expected. The quality, finish and in particular the brass receiver and butt is excellent. The action is so smooth and effortless. I immediately went to a local indoor range to check the rifle out. After cleaning the rifle I target shot at 50 meters and was amazed at the groupings. Consistently at 6off 150mm targets at least 3 of 5 were at less 10mm with the other 2 averaging 30mm. Not bad at all for out of the box. The groupings are slightly left so I will adjust the rear site. A number of rimfire shooters were at the range and all came up to look at the rifle and said what a superb looking gun. What surprised them was the target groupings which were better than some with expensive scoped rifles. I am sure I will get a great deal of pleasure from the rifle. I am 59 years of age and can't think when I have been more excited about a new rifle. Thank you once again for your prompt response to my e-mail, this is good old fashion service that is rarely seen these days, particularly from the President of a Company.

Hi,im just telling all the people that this a very good deal, if your teetering beetween if you will buy it or not, buy it! Buy the .22 US Survival it is a great gun, im only 12, but after shooting my dads old .22 at squriel season, i knew i needed my own .22. this is a very accurate gun. i once even shot a pill, sereously! it also has a stealth look to it. thanks for making such great firearms!

Dear Henry Repeating Arms, Last Christmas I recived a Henry model H.001. My parents did exzactly like in "A Christmas Story and hid my gun behind a desk. I was really happy to get it. Recenty I shot a squirrel with it. I only shot once. My brother got a Marlin for christmas and he shot 3 times untill he hit his squirrel. Keep up the good work!
