Henry Customer Letters
Just wanted to drop you a quick note. I could have bought any .22 lever action rifle but I chose yours due to the fit, finish, and just the way it felt. The price for the quality firearm you produce was a deciding factor. keep it up.
Hi-- Just wanted to say last week I purchased one of your H001 rifles. I intentionally took it Squirrell Hunting without ever firing a shot at Targets or anything else to see how it shot. I only fired one round but it was a Head shot and I was impressed with the Rifle. When I put it up to my shoulder everything seems to feel just right. I have a Remington Auto 22 also but it will probably spend most of its time setting now. Thanks for making this product.
Just thought I'd drop you a line to tell you to keep up the GREAT work!!
I just purchased my third Henry Rifle, the Henry Pump Action .22 (the first two are the .22 Lever Action Magnum and the U.S. Survival). As with every Henry Rifle I've ever picked up, the action is smooth and the trigger is flawless.
I own several other guns whose triggers contain, what I call, slop, but the Henry Rifles triggers break clean and smooth. I'm extremely pleased with every one of my Henry Rifles, and I can honestly say that I will be buying more in the future (my son is getting about the right age for Mini-Bolt
Now...how about booting those worthless Senators of yours (from New York) who are looking to put you out of business! America needs more businesses like yours, who put quality and customer service first...not drive them out of business!
Thanks again, and keep up the GREAT work!!!
Dear Mr. Imperato,
I would like to thank you for personally answering my question about different loads that I am able to use in my Big Boy. I would also like to thank you and your company for producing such a fine quality firearm. Straight out of the box the weapon was shooting two inch groups at seventy yards from a standing position. Incredible! I am eager to shoot some big game with the Buffalo Bore ammo this fall! Once again, thank you so much for putting such a fine firearm into my hands!
Dear Sir, I purchased a Henry 22 lever rifle a few years back and I must say I was immediatly taken back to the "Old West" after chambering the first round! The smoothness and accuracy of this rifle should be awarded the highest of compliments! I cannot wait for winter hunting season again to experience the feel of excellence crafted by your skilled gunsmiths! Keep up the good work and I will continue to experience a quality rifle "Made in America! yours truly...
I have in my possession three examples of the AR-7. One produced by Armalite around 1961, another by Charter Arms in 1979, and a new one by Henry. They all shoot great, and fill a niche in my collection as no other rifle ever could. If I had to give up all but one, the Henry version will remain with me because of the superior quality, and smoothness of the action. It's a great product...keep up the great work!!!
More than satisfied,
WOW!!!!!! HOT H001
I would like to start off with thinking you and your company for the fastest, efficient, and the most friendly customer service I have ever received in my life. My New Henry Lever action 22 had been experiencing an accuracy problem which disturbed me a bit but once I talked to you my worries were over.
You quickly made arrangements for the rifle to be picked up and returned to the factory one day after speaking to you. A few days later I received a confirmation that you had the rifle and I would receive the rifle back with-in 30 days. I was happy that you received the rifle but sad that I would be without my Henry Rifle for at least 30 days.
Well, yesterday just 4 (four) days after receiving the confirmation I loaded up the shotgun and was pulling out of my driveway to go squirrel hunting. As I was backing out the UPS Truck pulled into my drive. To my amazment the driver was delivering a long flat box to my address. I took the box and was delighted to see that the box contained my rifle. I just put the rifle in my vehicle and continued to the woods.
Upon arriving I decided to leave the shotgun in the car and decided I would hunt with the Henry. I had not shot the rifle since it returned from the factory but I thought the well balanced and light Henry was a lot better to carry than my ole heavy shotgun anyday of the week so into the woods I went.
Within 20 minutes into my hunt I was sitting under an old tall Hickory tree when I spotted a large red squirrel atop the highest branch moving like he was doing a polka dance. I quietly cocked the smooth lever and laid the bead on the squirrel's head. In a brief moment there was a shrill crack and the familiar thud of the squirrel hitting the ground not ten feet from where I was standing filled the woods. When I picked up the critter I was estatic to see that the round hit the squirrel's head dead center. ( parden the pun) Within the hour I had baged three more squirrel's with the same results, all head shots at a range of 20 to 50 yards! It just does not get any better than that!
In closing I want to thank you again for such a fine little rifle and superior service. The accuracy out of the box was amazing to say the least. I am now greasing up my shotgun to place into storage for the rest of the season now that I have my Henry back home and it is ready for duty!
Excellent quality, reliability, reasonable price and fun! That was my experience with the Henry Golden Boy 22Magnum I recently purchased. The next week I bought a used Henry Lever Action 22. Your Henry pump action and another Golden By will soon be in my collection. Thank you for a good firearms and for making it in the U.S.A.

I own a HENRY US SURVIVAL .22, MODEL H002. It is very accurate at 50 yards.
I would just like you to know that the henry lever .22 rifle that I have owned for the past couple of years has been the MOST fun small bore rifle I have ever owned! I have several different .22's, but this one is by far my favorite. I have strongly recommended a Henry to all of my shooting friends and family, and they all desire to have one, if they do not already have one. Please keep up the great work with your great products. Great gun for a great value!
Last Christmas my boss walked in my office with what he called "a gift of appreciation". To my surprize it was a Henry Golden Boy .22 magnum. I had wanted "a Henry" rifle since I was a boy back in the 50's and watching TV Westerns. I have to tell you that gun is the finest one in my collection.
The look and action of that rifle is without equal. Last Monday (8-16-04), I bought a Henry Big Boy, and without any doubt it out shoots any and all Winchesters and Marlins I have owned. I plan on taking them with to Nebraska when I visit my son in the USAF this Fall. I can guarentee two more sales after he sees and fires them! Thanks guys...you made "one little boy" real happy.

It was good talking with your on Monday and again, I want to thank you for the great service and follow through on getting my Big Boy in such smooth working order. It is good to know there is a company that goes out of the way to support their customers. The service and attention you all gave could well serve as a text-book example for companies wanting to build a great reputation.
I look forward to giving my grandchildren Henrys, starting with the Mini Bolt and growing from there.
Thank you again for a great product and superior service.
Since 2 years now, I'm the owner of one of your lever action cal.22, serial num:168499H. I just want to tell you how I am happy and proud to have a so nice rifle. With this rifle, I can group a 50 shots in a quarter ( 1.5 inch circle ) at 100 feets, using the factory open "V" sights. Incredible accuracy, must be seen to believe. So let me just to tell you, thank you, for all the fun I have with this rifle. Keep on the success way.
The Henry is the...
1. Best gun I have ever seen
2. Best price I have ever seen
3. Best shot I have ever seen
Thank you and dont change a thing
Dear Mr., Imperato:
Yes, for the second time I bought one of your fine rifles, a Golden Boy! I have read page after page of customer letters which all preach the quality, value and performance of your products. All true!
Now to break the news to my wife, the only "bad" part of a delightful experience. She says I have too many firearms now and I must be addicted to Henry products. I think I might agree with her.
Dear Mr. Imperato
It has recently become my pleasure to deal with your company, yourself and the wonderful firearms you manufacture. Let me say that I am thrilled with the quality of the guns. Their esthetic beauty is icing on the cake for a quality firearm.
I have the privelege of handling and shooting firearms from many manufacturers and it pleases me to say that yours is truley in a class by itself. Rare in this day and age, the deotion to quality and customer service displayed by you and your staff is without equal, especially at a time when mass production and quick sale is the unfortunate hallmark of many industries.
Let me take this opportunity to speak to those who might read this on your website and say that if you are looking for value in price and quality, unequaled beauty and function in a truley fine gun, you cannot do better in my estimation than to take one of these fine guns home.
Thank you and those who work for Henry for giving us, the consumer, the opportunity to own a gun with real value, quality and workmanship.
