Henry Customer Letters
I really enjoy shooting the fine rifles that your company makes. They are accurate and they have a beautiful appearance. Plus they have a very affordiable price. Keep up the good work.
Thank You for such a fine product.
My little Henry .22 is the best I ever owned. I will soon have a full set of the Golden Boy rifles.
We have two of the Henry Mini-bolt rifles. We hold our annual Heritage Hunting and Fishing EXPO in September where we have thousands of young kids come through the lines to shoot. In the beginning we had problems with firearms being too big and too heavy for those short arms and small bodies. The Henry Mini-bolts have solved that problem perfectly.
We have four and six-year-olds walking away with smiles on their faces and plans for coming back next year. Those rifles are small enough and light enough for the kids to handle. They are well built and easy for the instructors to care for, as well as being a single action and easy to recognize as being empty and safe when the action is open.
I finally got to the range to shoot my new Henry Golden Boy. I've been impressed with that gun since the first time I picked one up and worked the action. As you know, I ran the bid up on that rifle at the IHEA meetings for three years in a row. Now that I have one I'm still impressed. Its not only a beautiful rifle, but it has tradition in the way its made and most importantly, shoots great. With just a little sight adjustment, it has become a tack driver. The guy who was scoping for me couldn't find new holes because the shots were all going through the same hole.
I shot a lever action Henry last December (not mine and not a Golden Boy) while I was on an elk hunt. We weren't finding elk but did come across a number of cottontail bunnies. Needless to say, I had a small game license in my back pocket and there was meat in the pot for supper.
Just as a side note, we kicked off use of the Internet Hunter Education course in Wyoming the first of this year. Last August our Governor made it known that he needed a hunter education course and his heavy travel schedule wouldn't allow him to get into a traditional course. That being the case, he was our first Internet student. I used my Golden Boy for his field test by placing it in a case with a dummy round in the chamber and laying it on the seat of my truck. The Governor was asked to uncase the firearm in preparation of a hunt. He was shocked when he found the dummy round but also impressed with the rifle he found in the case. He couldn't believe how smooth the action was and was also impressed with it's beauty. I didn't offer share my gun but did let him handle and look it over.
I think you knew, from the smile on my face, how happy I was when the Golden Boy was passed to me at last year's IHEA conference. It's one of my favorite and valued guns. I really appreciate receiving it.
Dear Mr. Imperato,
We received the O-ring for Tucker's .22 in the mail yesterday afternoon. Thank you for your kindness and generosity. That .22 is one of my son's prized possessions in life. Nice to know that the gun is backed by a company that cares about it's customers.
We have just bought the Henry Golden Boy .22 LR and it is awsome keep it up.
Thank you so much for the quality & beauty you put in each firearm. Your outstanding rifles are second to none and again thanks for keeping the American tradition alive and well!!!
Hello Everyone at Henry,
I finally got it, after much wait. The Henry Big Boy .44 Magnum. Holy Cow you guys, what a FANTASTIC GUN. I shot it for the first time today, and I couldn't put it down, I told my Fiance, "Well, I will just shoot a few rounds and clean er' up" 39 rounds later and some guy waiting for his turn in the range tapping me on my shoulder. I positivly love this gun. I have never owned a lever action or a Henry and you can bet I will be getting another real soon. The money spent, for the appearance, quality, accuarcy, functionality, smoothness, out of the box shooting, was super worth it. I find your firearms to be very well priced, as a matter of fact I feel you you are UNDER priced and I am not kidding. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK- Happy shooting.
Dear Mr. Imperato,
I bought my son Tucker his Henry for his twelfth birthday last July. We looked at several lever action .22s. The Henry was by far the most gun for the $. Don't know how many boxes of shells he has gone through since then, a lot, and there has not been one time the gun hasn't done what it's supposed to do. Can't ask for more than that.
Thanks for making such a great product.
I am the proud and responsible owner of a Henry Lever Action I bought about one year ago. It is hard to express just how much fun it is to hold and shoot. I shoot it with my teenage son. We have a great time.
Thanks for making such a great product!
I normally wouldn't send a comment but, feel this is
appropriate. I am president of the Ky 4-H Shooting Sports Committee here in KY. I have ordered dozens of your mini-bolt rifles (I am a licensed dealer) for use in our program both on the state and local level. Your mini-bolt has filled a niche for our younger shooters with a rifle that fits their build. Many counties are using them in their programs and we on the state level purchased a dozen to use at our camp each year. The mini-bolt preforms well and allows a smaller shooter the opportunity to have a rifle that is fitted to them until they grow into a full size rifle. I just order two more rifles for one of our coaches as a gift for a new granddaughter born this week and another to on the way. Each of them will be learning to shoot starting on a henry mini-bolt.
Thank You for keeping the youth in mind and giving them the opportunity to start a an early age.

Henry Repeating Arms Company:
I received a used Henry Lever Action Rifles, 22LR as a gift from a close friend of mine that had passed away last year. When first taking it to the range, I noticed a problem with the rifle. It seemed that the hammer was not striking the firing pin hard enough to fire. Since there is not a gunsmith in my hometown, upon returning home from the range, I immediately sent an email to your factory website requesting information as to how I could get my newly acquired, used Henry Lever Action Rifle repaired. That same day, I received a response from Mr. Anthony Imperato, which I later found to be the President of the company, advising me to return the rifle to the factory and they would either fix the problem or send me a new rifle. Also, Mr. Imperato stated that Henry Repeating Arms Company would be sending me a box with which to ship the rifle and a prepaid UPS postage label. Within a few days, I received the necessary material, contacted UPS, and had the rifle picked up and returned to the factory. Then, just a few short weeks later, I received my Henry Lever Action Rifle and after once again taking it to the range, found it to be as good as new. It being a gift from my best friend, I was very grateful that it was repaired instead of being replaced with a new one. I was prepared to pay whatever the cost to get the necessary repairs done. However, it didn't cost me a thing, not even postage. Like they say, "It don't get any better than that". Any company that gives the kind of customer service and warranty I received, which is a rarity, will certainly win my respect and admiration, as well as repeat business. I intend to spread the word to everyone I come in contact with, about the excellent treatment I received from Henry Repeating Arms Company.
To Mr. Anthony Imperato, President, I applaud you and your entire organization. Many thanks from,
Just purchased your Henry Golden Boy 22lr couple months ago... was going to by a Winchester 22 mag repeater but the man at the store had me try the Golden Boy and all I could say was "WOW"... The action on your model was smooth as butter compared to the Winchester....and I saved over 200 dollars to boot...Winchester should be ashamed by what they charge compared to you guys

Mr. Imperato -
I would like to thank you for your excellent - no, outstanding - attention to your customer's needs. I got busy, and couldn't call on the thirteenth, so I phoned the next morning, the fourteenth, and spoke with a gentleman who couldn't have been more pleasant and accommodating. We chatted about shooting and the Henry Rifle. He was an amazing ambassador of good-will for your company.
I received the firing pin today (the eighteenth) and it was post marked the fourteenth, the day I called.
I don't know what you're doing, but you are doing it magnificently. You should be giving classes to American manufacturers. If all American business men conducted their activities in the manner which you do, Toyota would still be looking for a market for their cars.
I take my hat off to you, and I thank you.
I've had one of your 22LR Golden Boy rifles for several years, and every time I take it out to shoot, someone wants to try it. When they do, they want to buy it. It's the best rifle I've ever had.
I own a Golden Boy and the original Henry .22 lever action rifle. I suspect a lot of them have been sold in the last couple of years down here....they are the smoothest, shootinest rifle around. My next purchase(soon) will be for the Big Boy .45colt rifle... and the one sized for youths Henry Mini Bolt. My granddaughters are getting to that age where they want to go shooting with grandpa.
Over the past 10 yrs I have owned at least 4 of your Henry US Survival AR7's and i just wanted u to know I truely love your rifle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Its lite weight and compact size which is a god send. I cant think of a better weapon to have on my camping trips. Oh yes and its floatability has save me a few times. Thank you very much.

I've owned my .22 lever action Henry for 2 years now, and I can't put it down. I can pick off any bird, squirrel, or frog at up to 150 yards. It's the first gun I pull out in the morning and the last to be put down. I'm just writing to prove how well the Henry has performed for me. Thanks for building the smoothest, most accurate .22 I've ever owned.
About two weeks ago I requested your catalog. I recieved it within five days. After reading about your company and product I purchased a Henry Big Boy in 44 mag. I am impressed with this firearm and feel it will become a family treasure. Quality , fit, apperance value recieved for money spent I am ONE very happy customer.
Thanks for your quality customer service and product. To think this good old southern boy loves a rifle made in Brooklyn, New York what will my great grandaddy say?
I currently own a GOLDEN BOY .22 and just have to say it is nothing less than excellant!
