Just wanted to say that i got the "big loop" lever for my 44 Big Boy and boy do I love it.  I have owned this gun now for 4 years without any problems what so ever.  What a beautiful, smooth and reliable rifle.

Kevin Barefoot

I purchased the Golden Boy .22 magnum two years ago. At the time, aside from the appearance, I was very impressed with the smooth action. Now, after a lot of regular use, it is even smoother.

This rifle is a delight to shoot and very accurate. Both of my kids are excellent shots with it.

When we go out with our friends they are at first taken with the beauty of the rifle. After they fire it we have to pry it from their clinging hands.

Next on our list is the .357 magnum.

Thank you for producing such excellent products!

Dear Henry Repeating Arms:   First of all, I would like to thank you so much for your very fine service.   I want to let you know that you have converted a die hard Winchester man into a Henry Gun man.  The solidness of it along with its beauty is something special, along with the fact of all parts being made in the USA are something to behold. I now own three and am looking forward to buying # four, as my daughter-in-law said, "I would really like a Henry", after only firing half a box of ammo. My wife likes the very smooth lever action.   Thank goodness that there are still American people, for real and not just in name. Keep the tradition going.   My compliments to you and your fine craftsman for manufacturing such a very fine rifle.  It surely is a treasure to behold!   Yours truly,

Capt. Gus

Mr. Imperato, thank so much for the personal e-mail to make sure that I had gotten a catalog. I am quite impressed. I have wanted a Henry rifle since I was a boy. I am now 46 and finally saved enough to go and purchase one. I must say that it is all you folks claim it to be and more. This rifle is of the utmost quality and defiantly heirloom quality. It may take a few more years of saving, but I am going to purchase the display case for it in the future.

I have a  friend who never got into the shooting sports and he has a son (15) who is really interested. I have spent many hours with the boy teaching him gun safety and the proper handling of firearms. We started with a Daisy bb gun and would spend weekend afternoons target shooting.  I was amazed at his ability and concern for safety. We recently started shooting .22?s for target practice. I wish you could have seen the look on his face when I handed him the new Golden boy to shoot!! Priceless! (I only get to try it out when he is not here!) this rifle has made the effort well worth  it. He cleans it after every practice target shoot and I have never seen such a clean and shiny rifle!

Just this weekend I viewed your new infomercial, and I want to thank you for being an honest and caring person!! There are so few of us left. Sad.

Sir, I want to thank you personally for giving the two of us a priceless experience and a perfect rifle to share some awesome and good times together with. I cannot say in words how much this means to us. The local economy is bad with factories shutting down and unemployment at an all time high?we have an out when we go out in my woods and kill some targets! (paper ones that I set up) we are going to get into hunting this fall.

Again, Thank you Mr. Imperato!!

Sir; I have many guns and rifles that I have acquired over my 59 years of life but I must tell you I am the proudest of my Henry. Style, class and smooth fit and action just set it apart from all the others I own. I'm afraid I will be purchasing more soon.. Thanks for a fine crafted firearm. Saw the RFD show last week and it was a great profile of a fine american manufacturer. Just Great!

Your rifles are great - I have a 22 lever action and everyone I take shooting loves it. The M1, AR15, AK47, etc. stay in the safe while we use the Henry!

Henry RAC,

Just wanted to extend a big "Thank You"! Yesterday I purchased a Henry Lever Carbine in .22. I have been eyeing them at the local store that I but all of my stuff at for some time. I just loved the classic looks and feel of the rifle. Till now almost all of my shooting has been benchrest with bolt actions. I love doing that and will sometimes spend hours on end at the range enjoying it. I have a nicley equiped (Heavy target barrel, thumbhole stock, high mag scope) for doing just that. But the other day i couldn't hold off anymore. Too bad I did as the price had just gone up $30. I had to buy one. I frequent "Rimfirecentral" forums often. And I have never heard anything bad about your rifles other then jealousy from those who picked other brands. I am not a "Brand" loyalist and if I like it and it feels good then I am happy.

I got it to the range yesterday and today. Yesterday was cut short due to my error in breaking the rear sight trying to adjust it. I picked up a williams sight today and went back to the range. All I can say is I am astonished in how well the rifle works.. The accuracy is astounding. As in unbelievable. The rifle is so un hold sensetive, easy to hold to aim (well balanced). The groups it was shooting was beyond my belief. I have most always used scopes and some as high as 32 power. As I have never been good without them.

With the Williams rear peep sight(fp-gr) it only took a couple of adjustments to center it at 50 yards. But when checking my adjustments, I couldn't believe the group size. I wasn't trying very hard(wasn't focusing on bench rest tecniques, etc). Just resting my front supporting hand on a bag. The groups were litterly ragged one holes. As in dime size...with open sights??? This was at 50 yards and not 50 feet(which I would be happy with). Maybe I got lucky and got a "Good one". But I have never seen a rifle with bas ic open sights do this before. I have a hard time getting my bench rifle to do this.

All I can say is I am blown away and extremely happy. The rifle cycled, fired and extracted every round perfectly(about 350 rounds). I am just shocked that a rifle that isn't designed as a target gun can shoot so well. I was expecting the gun to function well due to all of the feedback I read on "Rimfirecentral". But I was never expecting the accuracy I got.

So thank you for producing such a fun, good looking, smooth action, rifle. I am way impressed. I will call you next week to order a replacement rear sight. I could see it happening as i was tapping too. The drift slipped off the dovetail piece and put all of the pressure on the sight blade it self. My bad! LOL!!! Luckily I like tinkering with things!!!!

Thanks again

Anthony, I am sending digital photos of the Cousins and Grandma with my original notation. I look forward to receiving the part for Andy's mini bolt. Thank you for providing the part that I needed for Andy's rifle. I am sending pictures - Andy (my Daughter's son) is 10 years old now & Zachary (my Son's son) got his mini bolt (from me & grandma) for his 6th birthday 7/9/08. Photo dated 7/5/08 is Zachary opening his birthday gift 4 days early (think dad Dan couldn't wait either). Photo dated 5/19/07 - Andy plinkin' with older sister Julie (12 now) and Grandma Jan (So young at heart). Thank you so much for this chance to demonstrate the pleasure these young people are having because you and other quality gun manufactures - A very special thank you to Henry Repeating Arms, Co., & Anthony. Anthony, Thank you very much for your follow-up note. I did receive your beautiful catalog and promptly went to my local store (J&R Outdoor in Livermore, CA) to purchase a Henry youth lever action for my 8-year old son, David. They did not have one in stock but ordered one for me and I picked it up several weeks ago. It's a fabulous gun with smooth action and great accuracy.

David received it last week as a reward for reading 100 books in the local library summer reading program. At the range he hit the bulls- eye with his very first shot. I've attached a range photo taken on my cell phone.

I have also ordered several accessories from your catalog for him: gun case, wall tin, and ceramic mug. All are very nice quality and seem to increase David's pride of ownership.

One item I looked to purchase was a metal barrel band, I noticed you sell the brass ones but didn't see the metal version. If it's possible to buy a metal barrel band, I'd sure like to.

Dear Sir, I just thought that you might like to know that my 10 year old son Ethan has chosen to purchase your 22lr Hoo1 as his first rifle. I have been instructing him in shooting 22's and I have only Marlins. Upon seeing your magazine he informed me that he found the rifle for him which reminded him of old cowboy rifles. I am very proud of him because he has been saving his allowance of three dollars a week for this. We will let you know how we like it once we actually pick it up next week and then have a chance for him to fire it. I am sure we will not be disappointed. _______________________

Dear Sir, As you can see by the enclosed picture, Ethan is one happy camper. Thanks for the memories. Ethan's dad, Fred

I have always wanted a lever action .22 rifle, but never purchased one before. On my 42nd birthday. My son purchased his first rifle (He is 20) and gave it to me for my birthday. It is a .22 Henry golden boy rifle. This is a nice rifle and I am looking forward to hunting with it when I retire from the Army.

Dear Mr. Imperato,

Thanks for making such a family-friendly collection of great rifles. You have a much better understanding of what people enjoy about shooting than do other firearm companies. Our Henry lever action is high quality, easy to use, accurate, and an absolute pleasure to handle. You have no competitors in value for the price.

Here is a photo of my wife at the range with the Henry I gave her for Christmas. As an immigrant from China, where individuals aren't allowed to own firearms, she has a special appreciation of our second amendment rights.

Besides the Henry lever action, we had two other firearms made by a very well known manufacturer. Since gaining experience with all of these guns, I realized that the Henry was the most enjoyable to use and as effective for our purposes as more expensive choices. Counting a Henry pump action I have on order, the firearm count for our household is now Henry 3, other makes 0.

Best wishes to you and all the top-notch professionals at Henry!

Daniel McCarthy

Dear Mr. Imperato: I have attached to this email a couple of photos of my 7 year old son Warren with his Henry .22. So far he has fired more than 2000 rounds through the rifle without a glitch. He loves shooting it because it is light enough for him to fire offhand. As you can see from the photos, I shortened it to a 16.5 inch barrel, and I cut down the length of pull so that he could begin using it at age 4.5. You can also see in the photos that I added an AR-15 style muzzle brake for style. Thanks for making a great product! My son absolutely loves it! Best regards,

Daniel McCarthy

When contemplating a .22 rifle, I provided you with several questioning emails about your lever action frontier model. Needless to say, after my purchase, I have been impressed time and time again at the range (and impressing others into also purchasing).. Your rifle, as you state in your ads, has an incredibly smooth action, is accurate, and is, truly, a joy to shoot! My personal thanks to you, and all of your employees, for manufacturing a wonderful, American-made product.
