Thanks from the ITS Department at Southwire Company
I want to thank you for the help you provided in getting us a Big Boy 357. The executive vice president of our area is retiring on January 5th after 35 years of service. He is an avid collector of Henry rifles and the new 357 was the only one he did not have. We tried to find the gun locally with no luck. Our local gun store could not find it at the wholesalers. I contacted your sales department and they worked with us to get the gun shipped to Southern Gun in Carrollton, GA.
This is a photo from this morning's retirement breakfast for Lee Hunter (on the left), who is retiring and Phil Tuggle who is taking his position. Thanks again.

Here is the picture of the Papa Jacobs. It is a Big Boy Deluxe 44 magnum. The rifle is, needless to say, the show piece of my collection. It is as beautiful as it is functional right out of the box.
My hope is it will become a treasured family possession started by the original Papa Jacobs as Papa was my sons name for me when he was small.
Continued success and keep them Made in America.

Anthony, Two years ago we purchased a Henry Mini Bolt for our son, Anthony. Since that time Anthony and his Mini Bolt have logged hundreds of "range hours". As Anthony grew we became more confident in his abilities and so we recently participated in a "New Hunters Camp" sponsored by the Arizona Dept. of Fish and Game. It was a great weekend made even more special by the fact that Anthony could bring his own prized rifle. The attached picture is of myself, Anthony and his scoped Mini Bolt.
I want to thank you for creating the rifle that introduced our family to the shooting sports. Great job - great product!

I know I've written to you before but this time I would like to share a comment you would probably enjoy hearing.
I had a chance to take the Big Boy Cowboy Edition to an actual Cowboy Shooting Action meet. Though this gun is too special to use consistently in such a manner, I thought it would be a good day to test it out. I was so pleased with the performance of the gun and everyone was awestruck with its' good looks.
The crowning comment, however, was the frosting on the cake for me. Cowboy action shooters are very particular about their guns. They spend alot on them from accessories to fine tuning. Their comment was: "A Henry doesn't need fine tuning. It comes that way right out of the box." Needless to say I was smiling from ear to ear.
Thanks for such a finely made American product. I also own a Golden Boy and hope to have a U.S. Survival soon.

Dear Mr. Imperato,
I first found the Henry .45 Colt Big Boy at a?local?Sporting Good Store about a?month ago, and fell in love with it. I have always wanted a "Cowboy" gun and I found it. I picked it up and it felt so natural to put to shoulder, and the lever action was smooth. So on the spot bought it.?
After that I sent off for a Henry Catalog and was please with even getting a email thanking me for my?interest in Henry Firearms from you. While looking through the catalog I found the Big Boy .44 Mag and WOW.? I went back to the Sporting Good store, and they had the .44 Mag. Talked with the Sales person about it and bought it on the spot.? I have made a few members of my family jealous with both of them. I love the look the fell of both guns and?hopefully be out at the range shooting both of them soon.
Thank You!

I just purchased a .22 cal Henry Golden Boy and it's without a doubt the most beautiful rifle I've ever seen and the action is the smoothest I've ever operated. Thanks for providing such a beautiful masterpiece for us to enjoy.

I lost the .22 rifle my father left me when our house burned in December. Recent events necessitated buying another one quickly. I chose the Henry lever-action with the large loop. I have retinitis pigmentosa in my right eye, which means it does not process light or color, therefore I have little night vision or depth perception. I am now left-eyed but right-handed. Yet I was able to hit a varmint in the barn, twice in the head, in low-light conditions. These varmints carry disease which is fatal to horses. I should not have been able to do this, but the Henry made it easy! Thank you!!!

bought the model no.H001 22. I love the look and feel of the lever action.I"m sure you hear this all the time but I had to put my two cents in.I should have bought the Golden Boy but this will do.I also like the survival rifle.Keep up the great work of guns MADE IN AMERICA.Sincerely,

Tom,
Thank you so much for your help in modifying David's rifle. You cannot imagine the grief I go through trying to modify stuff for his use. It is a blessing from God that you and your company were amenable to helping us. It seems trivial, but there are so few things in life that Dave can actually do, that this is huge for him. He's such a fan of your company, and possessing your rifle makes him feel like he's doing his part in defending freedom, especially with his older brother serving in Iraq. God Bless You All. You've renewed my faith in American Manufacturing.
Sincerely

Dear Mr. Imperato : In February of this year I placed a cash deposit on a Henry Big Boy in .357 magnum caliber. I had handled several Big Boy rifles before but I have long preferred .357 caliber firearms, or .22 rifles. Although I had never purchased a Big Boy rifle until now I do own a Henry lever action .22, and my daughter recently purchased her first rifle, also a lever action .22.
I was excited when I learned the Big Boy would be available in .357 magnum. The Big Boy is a highly regarded rifle and I was eager to add it to my collection. After I placed my deposit I waited, and finally word came in July that my rifle was available. It was worth the long wait. The Big Boy rifle is an American masterpiece.
The craftsmanship is superb. The high grade of wood, with its dark, rich color, should make all other firearms manufacturers jealous. As I expected, the lever action is smooth right out of the box, which also cannot be said for your competition's rifles. The octagon barrel and metal work on the rifle is of the highest standard. The rifle is perfectly balanced and built to last.
Henry's .357 Big Boy is the gun of the year in my opinion.
The care and attention to quality is evident in the entire line of Henry rifles. Now that I have my Big Boy I'm debating which Henry to purchase next. Should I get the acclaimed Golden Boy, the Survival .22 or the pump .22? I think the answer is obvious - I'll purchase at least one of each! Sincerely yours,
Thomas McNulty

Anthony:
Thank you for supporting the Florida Hunter Safety program.
Our hunter safety instructors ask for firearms that are easy for young people to use and safe to handle. The unique size of the Mini-Bolt rifle enables us to properly instruct smaller students correct marksmanship skills. The single shot action gives our instructors extra control of safety by loading only a single round when instructing new shooters on the range.
We look for rifles that are not only safe, but also durable and dependable. These Henry rifles are unsurpassed in quality and workmanship. The stainless steel barrel and action and the rugged synthetic stock on both the Acu-Bolt and Mini-Bolt rifles make a perfect combination that will provide years of service for our hunter safety program. And best of all, they are not only made right, but made right here in America.
As we discussed, we will use the rifles in our Youth Hunting Field day. The other rifles will go into the hunter safety program at the Ocala Outdoor Adventure Camp where thousands of young hunters will continue to use it in our hunter safety program and in our summer Outdoor Adventure Camp program.
Once again, thank you for your generosity.
Sincerely,

Dear Anthony,
I received the large loop western lever today along with your confirmation letter. I installed the lever on my new Henry .44 mag. deluxe engraved rifle and it looks fantastic.
Thanks for a really beautiful rifle. It fits perfectly within my firearms collection. I haven't fired it yet and I just may never fire it at all keeping it as pristine as possible. By the way, the serial number is 117 which also happens to be my birthday.
Here is a pic of myself, my Henry deluxe and my dog Wolfgang.
Thanks again

Dear Henry Repeating Arms, Co.,
In about 4 weeks, I will finish lay-a-way purchase of my 6th modern Henry rifle. I bought the .22 Golden Boy in 2002. Then in 2003, my Dad bought the .22 Mag Golden Boy. Later, he gave it to me and said, "this is yours, but the Big Boys are up to you to buy." He passed away in April 2004. I gained all my passion for firearms from him. Later in 2004 I added the .17 HMR Golden Boy and the .44 Magnum Big Boy. By May of 2005, I purchased the .45 LC Big Boy. Now I have the .357 Mag on reserve and will finish purchase soon.
I want to say what a great job that you guys did designing this rifle. The quality shines through. If I ever get to make it to NY, I sure would like to tour the Brooklyn facility. I don't know anyone else who has all 6 modern brass Henry rifles. I hope that someday I get to pass these down my family line. If I can ever give any testimonial of any worth to your company, I would be glad to. I think these are an instant classic / heirloom. Thanks for making them.
Are there any plans for other calibers or was the .357 Mag the last?
Thanks,
James Inmon

Once again, without a doubt this is my favorite firearm I possess. I have been showing it around and everyone is wanting to buy one of the regular Golden Boys and even one person wants to get the Deluxe version in .22 mag. I told him he better hurry. My rifle is a personal treasure. Thanks again.

Gentlemen, I am not a shooting braggart. I recently shot this attached group at 100 yards using my Henry Accu Bolt in 17HMR. Three shots are in a 3/16 group and the 4th shot opens the group up to ½. I was using CCI 20grain gamepoint ammo. There was some breeze so this group is even more amazing. I chose the accubolt because of the handy size and styling; Ill keep it for the shooting performance.

Just wanted to let you know that I purchased one of your lever action .22 long rifles. It's action is so smooth and it shoots like a dream. I put a scope on it, dialed it in and that rifle will drive tacks all day! I'm very impressed and all that you say in your catalog and advertisements is the God's honest truth. I can't wait to buy another one!

I have a Henry lever action .22 and it is the best gun for the money. There is no better .22 out on the market and I plan on buying a Henry Big Boy .45 colt now.
