I bought my rifle about 3 weeks ago and took it to the range last Sunday.

It's a great shooting .22 with very smooth action.  The fit and finish are something I would expect on a much more expensive rifle.  I bought the model 001 and I'm going to order the model with the octagonal barrel. Keep up the great work.....I'm hooked.

Just keep up the good work! You make one hell of a rifle. And please don't stop, we need you!

Anthony, just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with my new Henry H001L.  It will be used for plinking and squirrel hunting.

First trip to the range today I was shooting 0.5 inch groups at 30 yards (squirrel hunting zero) with 3 kinds of cheap bulk ammo from Walmart. This was with a scope mounted.  My eyes will not work with open sights.   The rifle is short, light, handy and smooth as silk.  I have had a H001 in .22mag for about 8 years and this new baby is a perfect complement to it.  Thanks for an outstanding American product and even better customer service.  Keep em coming and best of luck to you and your company.

Anthony,   I want to thank you for your phone call and your guidance in helping me locate a dealer in my area that would be able to acquire a BSA special edition Golden Boy Henry rifle for me.  My rifle arrived at the dealer and I was able to pick it up yesterday evening.  It is a beautiful piece, and a keepsake that I will treasure and pass on to my Eagle Scout son one day.  I can?t wait to test fire it.  I am so impressed with the workmanship and the smooth lever action of the rifle that I am seriously considering placing an order for one of your other models.  Thank you again for your assistance and I wish you all the best.

Hello, Mr. Imperato:

I wanted to keep you up-to-date on our Henry collection.  My husband, Ted, was so impressed with my Henry Lever Youth .22 LR, he looked through your 2009 catalog and spotted your Henry Varmint Express .17 HMR.    Well, needless to say, he wanted to check it out.  We took a trip this week, to the Cabela store here in CT.  where we purchased my "little Henry" and bought the .17 HMR.   As soon as I see your HCASE available again next month, I will be sending an order out to your company for his new purchase.    We are both so impressed by your rifles, and look forward to continuing to do business with you.  Thank you again, for giving everyone a superb product.

I just wanted to send you a  note of thanks.  I just got off the phone with one of your representatives.  I had called to request a new front sight for my sons rifle.  He had dropped the gun and broken the fiber optic part as well as the part that holds it.  When I asked how much the sight assembly was, he said that it would be no charge and would send one right out to me. I was quite surprised.  Most companies don't stand behind their products that well.

My son and I both love the gun. I shoot it almost as much as he does. He has been squirrel hunting with me several times with it and has managed to bag a total of 8 squirrels this hunting season.

I will definitely keep Henry Repeating Arms Company on the top of my list when I buy additional firearms, or when I know of a friend of mine who is looking for a great first rifle for his child.  Keep up the good work!!!!

Anthony, I am beyond impressed with the quality and 100% American made parts of the Henry rifle. Shooting is a passion with me and having a rifle of this quality and asethetics makes it that much sweeter. The Henry Big Boy .44 magnum is beyond beautiful and after looking at Marlin and Winchester lever action rifles there is no comparison of smoothness of action and down right shootability. The octagonal barrel makes this rifle look antique but also acts as a bull barrel to help tame the wicked .44 magnums I choose to shoot. I despise a hooded front sight and the open front sight of the Big Boy allows me to see more of the field down range.   Have a safe and happy holiday season. Your company makes my chest swell with pride when I think that Americans can still make the best products in the world.

Thank YOU sir for the quick reply! I would have put on my good pj's if i knew i was getting a reply from the PRESIDENT OF THE COMPANY!  Anyhow I have to tell you and this is nothing that you haven't already heard, but I wanted to say that prior to my purchase of your firearm I was walking around our local big box firearms dealer looking for a 22 mag. rifle that I could really sink my teeth into.  I found row after row of bolt action, clip fed ect. I also found your 44 and 45 Big Boy series...  and there it was the 22 mag. I was absolutely floored with the detail, and what incredible craftsmanship!!!  Your team MUST be dedicated in their work; the pride shines as bright as the brass! These rifles truly are beautiful.  My uncle also owns one of your timeless 22 mag. golden boys.  The last thing I wanted to do was to be a copycat, but you cant mistake the quality...  maybe we will just start a golden boy owners club in Chicago.  THANK YOU AND THANKS TO YOUR TEAM FOR A WONDERFUL FIREARM!   p.s. if you need a P.R./sales guy in Chicagoland I'm your man!!!  I'll work for rifles!!

Soon after moving into our new home in a suburban area, I discovered that the varmint population, (i.e. groundhog & possum) were not confined to the rural habitat here in Western Pennsylvania. Since my larger caliber rifles would certainly draw unwanted attention, I decided it was time to add an efficient, dependable .22 to help in my pest control efforts. My search led me to purchase a Henry LR, and my expectations have been far exceeded. Accurate, effective, and very subdued combine to make this rifle the perfect choice for my situation. I look forward to receiving my Henry catalog to preview my next rifle purchase. Thank you in advance for making such a high quality, yet cost effecient product, right here in the U.S.A.

Sincerely

Dear Mr. Imperato

I received the catalog OK.  When I E-mailed you I owned Two Henry Rifles. I received the catalog and saw the 100th. anniversary Boy Scout Rifle. I have been a Scout Leader for a long time and naturally fell in love with the Rifle. I have a friend who is a gun dealer and he was able to get this Rifle for me. It is beautiful and everything I expected from Henry. All of my friends who saw it also admired it. I now own Three Henry's. I saw your video interview on the Henry web site and was most impressed with the Henry being all made in America. I love the slogan "Henry's will be made in America or they won't be made at all". Thank you for the great firearms you make. All shooters and collectors should own a Henry Rifle.

I just purchased a 357 magnum with a brass receiver. This is the most impressive gun I have ever owned. It is like looking at a fine piece of art work. I just love to get it out and look at it! You guys should be proud of your work. Thanks!

I just bought one of your Golden Boy rifles in 22lr and it's astounding the accuracy I get from it with open sights.  Most rounds hit inside 3/4" at 50 yards!  I get roughly the same groups with my dad's rifle, and it is a high end semi automatic from one of those "other" companies topped with a Leupold 3-9x scope!  The action of the Golden Boy is also remarkably smooth.  I bought this rifle because I needed a good .22 for cheap shooting (my other rifles are .30-06 and .45-70), but the last three times I've made it to the range the Henry is all I took, even though I had 250 rounds of .30-06 reloads still ready to go.  Nothing else beats the fun factor or the serious accuracy factor of the Golden Boy.  Now all that's left is the tang sight and the brass barrel band, and the barrel band is already on its way!  One thing I'd like to see is a case colored reciever cover, just love the look.  I'll definately be taking the rifle out squirrel hunting, and with 15 rounds of 22lr in the tube, I can "load on Sunday and shoot all week", and without a pesky protruding magazine getting in the way at that.  I thought the days of quality, affordable firearms were over, but Henry Repeating Arms just proved me wrong!

Hi, I just wanted to say that I received my new rifle.  When I opened the box I was anxious to try it...so I loaded up and went out.  Whether by design or accident, the sights were set perfectly and the action was as smooth as advertised. This is such a nice little rifle with very good quality. I'm really happy with it! Keep up the good work!   Regards,

I bought one of your Henry mini-bolts for my grandson when he was born.  Although it will be well used when he finally gets to shoot it, I'm sure it will still be in excellent functioning condition..... if I decided to give it to him.

Right now it stands in the corner of the door in my shop.  Squirrels are a big nuisance on my place in the country, getting into buildings, ravaging the garden, and intentionally aggravating the dogs.  After having had enough one day, I grabbed the little rifle and a couple of .22 shorts.  I am an average height man but the fit of the little rifle isn't that bad.  To my surprise, the first shot out of the rifle dropped the squirrel, since followed by many more.  Out of the box it was amazingly accurate.  The hi-viz sights allow me to shoot without my glasses and you would be shocked how blind I am in my shooting eye.

Great product.  I'm proud its made in America.  I hope your business continues well in these rough times.

Dear Sir, I was given the funds to purchase a Henry Golden Boy for christmas this year. It truly was a dream come true. As a little boy playing cowboys and indians, using a stick as a rifle, that stick was always a Henry. My first B B gun was a Henry. All just a little boys dreams. I own a lot of rifles and pistols but now a little boy's dream has come true, thanks to my wife and my wonderful inlaws,I am now the very proud owner of a Henry. Thank you for making such a great yet affordable rifle.

Thank You Sir.

To all at Henry

Hope you had a great Christmas and come through the world financial crisis in 2009.

I recieved your catalogue in record time. It truly is a work of art. I spend hours just looking and wishing.

I own a fantastic model 001T and I love it like a friend.

Being 64 years old, the above comments may sound crazy to some, but that is how I feel.

I am proud to be a member of the worldwide Henry family.

Hope you and your company have a wonderful 2009.

I gave my fantastic brother a Henry Golden Boy for his 60th birthday. In the card I gave him hints as to what I was giving him ie. something we grew up with, Lincoln received one and made in USA. When he opened it he looked like a 12 year old boy receiving his first firearm. What a SMILE. Thank you for being so wonderful.

I recently won a Henry Big Boy .357 Magnum model H006M in a raffle I entered while on vacation in New Hampshire. Let me start by saying after firing about 35 rounds through it after recieving it that it is one the finest rifles I have ever shot. The quality and craftsmanship is second to none. The reason I am writing to you is I am planning on using this rifle for whitetail season in Maine and will have to carry it for long distances. I wanted to be able to use a sling, but did not want to have to drill into anything to install sling mounts. Do you carry and or recommend any type of sling so that I do not have to alter the rifle in anyway. I thank you for time and hope to hear from somebody soon.
