Dear Henry

I just started getting involved in the shooting sports. I really enjoy shooting my Henry Golden Boy rifle at the Colonial Rifle & Pistol Club in Staten Island. The members at Colonial have been very helpful and many enjoy shooting their Henry rifles as well.

Sincerely,

I was so sorry to hear of the death of Mr. Imperato. He must have been a great guy, and I know that he will be missed. He has made a great company that each employee just has to be proud of. I am sure that the reputation he and his family has made will continue. I know I was treated SO WELL some time back when I had a minor problem with my Golden Boy, and it was handled on the phone, with no examination of the defeat, and a new part was sent me ever so quickly.

I must tell you how much that means to me. I just now am reminded of that fact since I am now dealing with a close (in distance only) competitor of yours for a similar problem. The Kimber Co. has not given me anywhere near the sympathy, nor the expedient service, that The Henry Co. did, and I paid MUCH more for that 1911 SS pistol, that advertises a "match grade" barrel. Believe me it is far from it. I have purchased many match grade barrel's, and I have my own borescope to examine the barrel defeat in the pistol that I could even feel when running a patch though! They are not at all sympathetic, and have said that they may even elect to return it to me (in as much as 8 weeks!), as is! That would be totally unacceptable to me! I certainly hope that will not be the case, but in the meantime I am enjoying the excellent product that you have provided me. I will cherish it and your company forever.

God Bless

I have your standard .22 lever action rifle. I've owned and fired .22s for 75 years. This one is the smoothest and most acurate I've ever used.

Years ago I had purchased an Explorer Version of the AR-7 Survival Rifle, it's accuracy was acceptable but not great. Never the less I had sold it a number of years ago, and had always regreted it. So this year I purchased a new "Henry version". To my surprise the accuracy was exceptionally better than my old gun. Shoot decent ammo like you would in any gun and you will be pleasantly surprised.

Dear Sir, I purchased a .22L model H001 and took it out to the range for my monthly target that I host and found that the rifle was extremly accurate. Within minuntes I was shooting bullsyes at a distance of 25 yards just checking how well the rifle felt and ease of operation. I would recommend this rifle to anyone who want a truely dependable and accurate rifle. Nice to find a weapon the shoots so accurate. thanks for making a great product that is produced in America.

Greetings, I purchased a .17 Golden Boy for my father in 2007. He's hunted most of his life and has many guns. He talked about his Henry .17 a lot and really enjoys it. Thanks for making a quality firearm and bringing Joy to my Father's gun collection!!!!! Best Regards,

I have received my catalog. Thank you. I must also thank you for the follow-up. As of this date, you are the only company to have done a follow-up (and all I did was ask for a catalog)*. I believe this is a positive  indication of great customer service. That has an enormous influence on choosing a manufacture to purchase from. You have some wonderful looking firearms and I would like to purchase one for my sons in the near future (and maybe one for myself). Thanks again for caring Anthony!    * I contacted approximately 12-15 manufactures.

Dear Mr. Imperato, I just returned from Pueblo Viejo in the Dominican Republic having traveled there on business. I was very pleased to find both my Henry and my grandson's Henry rifles waiting for me, repaired and functioning properly. You probably don't remember the issue I had with installing the engraved receiver covers on our rifles. The action became very tight and it was difficult to cock and chamber the next round. This was very much unlike the original action. Your fine gunsmiths fixed my problems and now the rifles are as smooth as the day I purchased them.

I am very impressed with your company and its willingness to help make things right again. This is a testament to why Henry Repeating Arms has survived so many years. Your attention to quality and customer satisfaction is unrivaled in todays marketplace. In todays market everyone wants it fast, and to hell with craftsmanship and skilled labor, just get a machine to do it and make it faster. Obviously time is money and manufacturing must be done quickly to stay competitive. But at Henry you obviously do not allow speed to compromise the quality of your product. Craftsmanship is rare, today, and I can say that I am the proud owner of a Henry rifle. I can only hope that the Henry I also purchased for my grandson will instill in him the desire to learn and cherish skills that allow him to be creative with his hands as well as his mind in the Henry tradition.   Thank You,

My Henry .22 rifle (H001) is one of my favorites. I tend to pack it with me whenever I'm goin out the hills or into the fields so I can get in some good time (safely) plinking away at whatever is laying around. All my friends just love getting their turn with this sweet rifle. Thank You All!

Yes your catalog was well received. So much so that it caused me to impulse buy a youth model .22. My son loves it. I had mentioned before that I believe your company offers the biggest bang for the buck. Well let me tell you that the quality of your rifles stands alone in todays market. The quality of the wood used is much better than anyone else in todays firearm industry.

Thanks Again,
