I've had my Henry Big Boy for about 3 years now awsome quality!
Hoffman Estates, IL
I would like to thank Henry Firearms & their people.
I have had a few minor problems with my rifle, (which I am very proud to own),have contacted Henry at their toll free number & have received prompt, courteous service and replacement part(s) within 4 busines days, with no problems. I appreciate this very much. Your company stands by its' products & I just wish you sold pistols & shotguns for Cowboy Action Shooters because with the reputation you have and standing behind your product, Henry is one in a few that has this standard.
Again, thank you for your product & your service.
I am a 75 year old woman, I have been shooting all my life. I had never owned a Henry until my late husband bought me one about 6 years ago for Christmas. I love it - it is the smoothest rifle I have ever owned. I am now saving money to buy my next Henry, a model H006M. Here is a poem I thought you might like:
Back when the west was new
The Henry rifle was tried and true
Stage drivers, lawmen, outlaws too
Using Henry rifles to get them through
I have a Henry, put it to the test
and my Henry out shoots all the rest
This is my regret, and my desire
so many more Henrys I have yet to fire
I purchased two of the 22 golden boys and am shocked at the retail value now. I guess I am lucky not just because it is a great little rifle but was a great investment.
Dear Sir, first I am sorry for the loss of your father. I puchased a Lever .22 for my 8 year old grandson and I. He wrote a story about how I am teraining (his word) him to become a hunter. At the bottom of the letter he says he loves me so much. Nuff said except THANKS
Thanks for the info. I cant believe you e-mailed me back so soon. I guess those 3 million letters on your site are true, ha, ha. Well since I e-mailed you last night, I already ordered my big boy .357/.38s. Thats not bad, I made it less than 24 hours from picking up my BB 45c. Well like it or not I think your company is stuck with me for a long time. I have traded out all my berettas, marlins and now I am working on the remingtons. You guys better start on some new models because I am coming for you. Thanks again for your time. If these polishes dont do the trick will it be a pain to switch out the butt plate with a new one from you. I am not a pain in the ass, I just like my guns mint until I (boo hoo) put the first sratch on them. Thanks again and if you ever pass through florida I have about 200 wild hogs you could take a pot shot at. Some are trophy size and it would be a great honor to be your host.
As always thanks in advance for all you do.
I recently purchased a Big Boy 45lc. It is the finest firearm I have ever owned or shot. Thank You for proving to the world that American manufacturing can beat any competion for quality and value.
Your rifles are the best I own. Your customer service is outstanding. Thank you for your great service to all that own a piece of history.
I recently had an inquiry about my son's Henry .22 rifle that needed a lever repair. I called on a weekend expecting a bunch of pre-recorded computer phone commands. Instead, an operator took my name, spoke to me and promised someone would return my call. I just needed a name of a gunsmith in our area to fix the gun. Shortly, a young lady called back and I explained my issue. She shocked me when she said she would send a UPS label and HRAC would do the rest. As promised, two days later came my envelope with my label for shipment. I sent the rifle in a soft cammo case (UPS store shipped it out) and I sort of just relaxed about it. A few days later, a confirmation letter arrived noting it was on the operating table. Nice--an update!--not the silence I have grown accustomed to with service.
Today, I came home from work and the rifle was back ...fixed, safe and sound, in my old cammo soft case. It looked great and my lever problem was fixed and not even a mention of a charge for the work. That 12 year old boy that got a .22 Henry for his birthday is now about to be 18...that would be 6 years ownership and a first repair with no questions asked. No hassle. Real people helping regular working folk like us.
The kids (4) and I go to the woods when we can and mostly squirrel hunt and plink and target shoot, staying in shape for deer and turkey season. That first Henry led to my wife getting me a Golden Boy .22 for me one Christmas a few years back. Still shoots and looks great....its' the gun all my kids want to shoot. So, we're a two Henry rifle family--we have other firearms, but these are still the favorites.
This repair was our first. I am still awed by the service and care shown to my situation, minor as it was.
Thanks for the great service...we really appreciate it.

Thanks Mr. Imperato, I thought If possible I could actually do something for you, you have been so good to me, and others. I will say it again, It's not that your the owner of a perfect gun Co, It is the way you treat people that make you the Richest Man in New York, and I will never buy anything but a Henry. Sincerely
I bought a .22lr golden boy. The down side is that it is so nice looking that I never take it out because I don't want a scratch on it.
That's the wrong attitude, I know.
Thanks for keeping it made in America!

Bought a henry for 7 yr old daughter several yrs ago. She loves shooting but I love the gun even more & keep in truck everywhere I go. Combined w/Aguila super max ammo its quick poison on varmints in the woods of south Arkansas. Think it's the best lever 22 made, keep up the good work. I did receive the catalog, thanks much...
Just wanted to introduce myself and thank you. I am Brenda Brown (Russell's wife) with the Tanner Gun Show. I just received my Henry rifle the other day. I LOVE THIS GUN!!!!! How much fun can shooting be? I've never had a gun like this before. Not only do I love Shooting it, but I'm comfortable with it. My brother fell in love with it as well, so I'll probably look into purchasing one for him as a Christmas Gift. Can't thank you enough.
I just started getting involved in the shooting sports. I really enjoy shooting my Henry Golden Boy rifle at the Colonial Rifle & Pistol Club in Staten Island. The members at Colonial have been very helpful and many enjoy shooting their Henry rifles as well.

I was so sorry to hear of the death of Mr. Imperato. He must have been a great guy, and I know that he will be missed. He has made a great company that each employee just has to be proud of. I am sure that the reputation he and his family has made will continue. I know I was treated SO WELL some time back when I had a minor problem with my Golden Boy, and it was handled on the phone, with no examination of the defeat, and a new part was sent me ever so quickly.
I must tell you how much that means to me. I just now am reminded of that fact since I am now dealing with a close (in distance only) competitor of yours for a similar problem. The Kimber Co. has not given me anywhere near the sympathy, nor the expedient service, that The Henry Co. did, and I paid MUCH more for that 1911 SS pistol, that advertises a "match grade" barrel. Believe me it is far from it. I have purchased many match grade barrel's, and I have my own borescope to examine the barrel defeat in the pistol that I could even feel when running a patch though! They are not at all sympathetic, and have said that they may even elect to return it to me (in as much as 8 weeks!), as is! That would be totally unacceptable to me! I certainly hope that will not be the case, but in the meantime I am enjoying the excellent product that you have provided me. I will cherish it and your company forever.
Sirs, I wuold like to report that I bought a AR7 and love it. I have friends that like it also, and will be buying one............. when the store gets more in stock. Thank You for such a neat product....
I have your standard .22 lever action rifle. I've owned and fired .22s for 75 years. This one is the smoothest and most acurate I've ever used.
