I love the smooth action of my .17HMR Henry .It may be the smoothest action ever made. I would recomed this GOLDEN BOY to anyone.

Dear sirs, I just purchased a henry 22 lr. H001. I couldn't wait to shoot it. I went straight to the range and popped off 100 rounds. It shoots great!!! I love it, and i haven't had that much fun shooting since i was a kid. The affordability made the choice easy, and the legendary name made it proud and confident.

Thanks for making such a fine rifle and bringing back some good old fashion american craftsmanship at a affordable price.

Sincerely,

Tralles A. Rhodes

I recently purchased one of your survival rifles. Thank you so much for making such a useful product. I already put an entire brick through it and it fires great.

Hi, I own several Henry .22's and think your producst are great! Now, if you can manage to build a US-made double barrel shotgun, you will be able to put Remington, Winchester, and all theother big names to shame! Sincerely,

John Warhol

Dear Mr. Imperato;

I thought it might interest you to know that the Acu-Bolt was reviewed in a magazine publication called 'The Complete Book of Guns--2005 Buyer' Guide'. Depending on the .22 ammo chronographed (six different loads were tested), shot groups measured from .050 to 1.13 inches at 30 yards. The average was 0.75 inches. The author of the review concluded: "In all, I found the Acu-bolt to be a seriously precise tool. I never encountered any problems with extraction or ejection. I would expect that the new rifle should be up to the challenge of target shooting, small game hunting, or just general purpose shooting fun". The reviewer was Paul Markel. He had many other nice things to say about the Acu-bolt and I thought that this information might be helpful when you update your marketing. Respectfully,

Joe Lavrich

Sirs: I am 62 years old. When people hear me talk they think that I am expecting a new member to my family. That is the way I feel when I hear that you are coming out with a new Henry Golden Boy or Big Boy. I started with your first 22 Golden Boy. I now have all 9 of them (photo included). Even the deluxe model. I cant wait until the day the 357 comes out. I am a retired Vietnam Veteran with 21 years of service. I have 85 guns in all but the Henrys are the best of all. I bought a new safe just for my Henry collection. I dont let no one pick one up without gloves on. I want to thank you for th best workmanship that is out there. I am waiting on the next one. Sincerely,

Not only did I recieve the catalog, my Henry Big Boy 45LC Large Loop lever was recieved on Friday 22nd as well with my rifle comming in on the 25th. anyway slapped that lever on, and off to the range I went, what a rifle, No kidding at 50yds. M1 match target sandbag rest CAS loads 8.5 unique 200gr RNFP lead, it made 1 BIG hole and 3 just missing the mark ( and that was me with called fliers ), count them 7 out of 10 in 1 BIG ragged hole, 120yds. was darn good also and smooth WOW. Nice to see your company dosen't make those Monday Guns you always hear about, you know the ones that the worker stepped in something on their way to work and every gun they made suffered that day. Cudos to Anthony Imperato and his wonderful workers and staff , without that large loop lever I might have overlooked the most accurate and nicest CAS lever rifle to date made in the real USA...... Thanks again..

Dear Folks at Henry: I saw a Golden Boy several years ago and fell in love with it, but never did get a chance to purchase one. My son is in the Marine Corp stationed in Iraq. My son called me this morning and told me to go to the gun store to find my birthday surprise - a beautiful Henry Golden Boy 22 Magnum ! From 10,000 miles away in a combat zone my son thought of me and my birthday and gave me this beautiful gift that I have always admired. I have a great son and you make a great rifle. I just wanted to share this with you. Thank you very much.

Gentlemen, I recently purchased a Henry U.S. Survival .22. I took the action apart to clean and lube it and I couldn't get it back together because I lost a part. I returned the action to your company and was very much impressed with the way you do business. I received an acknowledgement for the repair with an estimate as to when it would be ready. The action was returned to me earlier than the time estimated and it was working perfectly. The repairs were made under warranty without charge. When I'm ready to add another rifle to my collection I'm going to think of Henry first because I was so satisfied doing business with you this first time. Thank you.

Dear Anthony.... The Golden Boy is my first Henry, a birthday present I bought for myself. I'm very impressed with the quality of the rifle. When I first levered it, I remembered the old car ads about "closing like a bank vault"...a very solid feel, more so than I expected in a 22. The rifle is absolutely gorgeous...nice touch to include the "sock" to protect the brass. I almost hesitate to take it out to the range..!!! Now I have to figure out how to convince my wife a Big Boy .44 would make the perfect Christmas present...

Dear Sirs; Recently I purchased your sweet little pump action .22 and have managed to misplace the instruction booklet. I would like to get a replacement one which also shows the parts in expanded view. Please tell me how to purchase a copy or send me a replacement and I will pay by return mail. I have put a small reflector red dot scope on this rifle and enjoy shooting at 100 yards with fair accuracy, altho this baby is made for a Coney Island shooting gallery! Thanks for the assistance and the fine rifle. Truly.

Dear Mr. Imperato:

I recently purchased two Henry rifles -- a standard 22 magnum lever action and a survival rifle -- and I cannot express how happy I am with both of them. The lever action's craftsmanship and mechanical functioning are superb, and it has exceeded my expectations in accuracy right out of the box. (It shoots five-shot groups inside 3/4" at 25 yards with the standard sights -- and I'm near-sighted to boot; I'm sure the rifle is more accurate than I can manage.) Its simplicity and ease of maintenance are added bonuses in my opinion, and it balances better than any other rimfire I have ever fired. My only regret is that you don't produce a larger version of this rifle in a centerfire chambering (such as 357 magnum), but a man can dream for the day when this becomes a reality.

The survival rifle is a pleasant surprise, and I am pleased to inform you it performs far better than the critics and gun magazines report. I was drawn to your design of the famous AR-7 because of the improvements you've made, its finish, its balance and its practicality. I had only fair expectations for its accuracy -- given its intent, fairly short barrel and simple sights -- but I was astonished at what it is capable of at short distances. Its groupings exceeded my hopes, and its simple aperture sights have actually helped me improve my shooting with aperture sights on other rifles (I typically prefer open sights to apertures). I have grown to appreciate this rimfire autoloader over the others I own and look forward to years of shooting it.

I am also very pleased at your attention to detail and craftsmanship and your insistence on manufacturing in America with skilled American workers. I applaud your company and will continue to purchase Henry rifles. When my children are old enough to shoot with me, a Henry will be the first rifle I put into their hands.

Hello, Just a quick note to let you know about the H001 Henry .22 I got last spring. Its wonderful, the action is as fluid as quicksilver and it was dead on target right out of the box. Thank you for a well made and affordable firearm.
