Mr. Imperato: On the 25th day of June, I went over to the Gander Mountain store in Reynoldsburg, Ohio to spend the $25.00 gift certificate that my daughter had given me for fathers day. After doing that I decided to just take a quick peek at the new H001T. Not going to buy it. Just look at it. The salesman handed the rifle to me and just stood back and smiled. While hefting and aiming it, I told him that I really didn't need another gun. He just quietly smiled and agreed with me. When I finally told him that I would take it, he said that he knew I would. As a result of that, Henry number five found a home in my gun cabinet. I now own the following Henry Rifles.
2-H001s (One with a scope and one without.) 1-H001T Octagonal Barrel 1-H003 Pump Action (Currently with a scope mounted.) 1-H004 Golden Boy These are all 22LR
I am fortunate in that I have a safe place to shoot right in my back yard. I take these guns out on a rotating basis and target shoot and plink with them regularly. These guns have given me a great deal of pleasure. I have a question. Will the TG112 Tru-Glo sights that fit on the Golden Boy also fit on the H001T? The barrels look pretty similar. Needless to say, I am quite a fan of Henry rifles.

Our club decided to raffle a .22 LR "Golden Boy" to raise funds to purchase metal targets to use in the Cowboy Metallic Silhouette matches. Just looking at the rifle gave me the "Gotta Have One Now Feeling". I bought several raffle tickets (that are going very fast) in hopes of scoring a lucky win. What a perfect rifle to raffle, I personally sold over 100 tickets in just one week. One day, out of the blue I visited our local gun shop and they had just received a new "Golden Boy" and he made me a fantastic deal - not to be refused. To make a long story short, I became a proud owner of my first Henry (impulse buy that I've not regretted so far), I took it home and since then have shot in two Cowboy matches making some of the best scores ever. It's smooth operation and accuracy make it a joy to shoot. Over one thousand rounds and no miss-fires or hang-ups. When I take the "GB" to the range for practice or to a match I get a lot of interest "Can I see your Henry" or even more "Can I shoot it"? I highly recommend the Henry "Golden Boy" to be in every serious shooters collection. We will draw for the raffle in a few weeks - I hope I'm the lucky winner - Don't get me wrong, I'm not being greedy - I just know a good thing when I see it. I'll email again about the middle of August, we will have our clubs first "WNC Cowboy Smallbore Rifle Silhouette Championship Match" by then, and let you know how it went with the "Golden Boy". Hi,
I just purchased the Henry Golden Boy Deluxe Engraved Rifle through a local gun dealer. It exceeded all of my expectations! I purchased the rifle for my nephew who is currently 18 months old. I plan to have it engraved with his initials and give it to him when he gets to 17 or 18 years old. I am making a gun case for it already in my spare time and I am going to have the large loop lever embossed with gold and platinum by a gunsmith I know in West Virginia. I wanted another product catalog to put away with the rifle for my nephew to have with it when I present to him in 17 years or so. If a second catalog is a problem I guess I would not mind too much purchasing it from you. Please let me know. The catalog will complete the gift to my nephew. I only wish I had enough money to get myself one of these beauties. I have not been blessed with children and little "Mikie" is probably as close as I will ever get to having my own child - some day I might perhaps have the money for myself to get one of your rifles but making sure one is put away for little "Mikie" is more important to me.
Sincerely and with deepest respects,

Two weeks ago I went to my grandmas house with my camo on and my Henry. I always go and lay down in an old garden because there is a lot of high grass which offers good camoflauge. and plus there are two woodchuck hole right in front of it (maybe 20 yards) and one in the weeds to the side (about 30-35 yards).
Well I was laying down there and one woodchuk stuck its head a little bit out of the whole just so I could see it but it was not out enough for me to shoot it. So it comes out a little more and I was getting into shooting position And then my mom comes and checks on me and scares it away. So I continued to lays there then all of the sudden I looked over to my right and there was a different woodchuck standing right on its hind legs! It took me about 5-10 minutes to shift into shooting positon without scaring it. I pulled back the hammer and shot it right above the nose it didnt even move after that.
Then last week I went to my grandmas and as soon as my mom and I pulled into the drivewaywe saw one run into the weeds so imediatly I went and got my camo on went and laid in a different spot right next to a bush. I was there maybe 10 minutes and i comes out without looking so I slowly pulled the hammer back and it stuck its head up to eat a rasberry and I shot it right behind the eye from a distance of maybe 30 yards. Then this past weekend I spent two days at my grandmas. The first day it rained most of the time but after it stopped at maybe 8:00pm I went and looked out of my grandmas back window and I looked all around and didnt see anything. Then i looked down and right in front of the window. I hurried up and loaded my gun and went outside and shot it right in the eye about five yards away. The next day I went out early (at like 7:00 am) and looked around and didnt see anything then my grandma said that she saw one and she told me where it was. I went where I could see it and I gradually walked closer. When i was about 55-65 yards away it stuck its head up and looked right at me.I brought the gun up slowly and waited till it put its head down then I moved my feet into shooting position. It picked its head up I pulled the hammer back, it turned its head the other way and i shot it in the ear from 55-65 yards away! I think it was dead before its head hit the ground.
Later that day I went outside and saw a woodchuck in the same spot I shot the one that was going to eat a rasberry. As soon as I brought the gun up it ran into the weeds. I went behind the same bush and was there for like 3 minutes and it came out and walked around. I brought my gun up and pulled the hammer back and whistled so it stuck its head up and i shot it right in front of the ear. I have never been out hunting with my Henry and havent gotten anything!

Just a quick note on my impression of Henry RAC .22's. Absent from shooting for many years. Purchased base H001 while on vacation to go to the local range as well as do a little "good ole plinkin" with my son and his friend. Always have been a fan of the lever action, but unfortunately sold off my favorites a long time ago. Just to let you know, this is the finest .22 and lever action rifle I have ever owned. Action incredibly smooth. Tight groupings and easy to sight (especially for those of us who need readers!). Back in the 10 ring after about 30 rounds at 50 yards and not shooting for at least 25 years. Additional impressions....suffice to say when I got back home, purchased the H001T and I anticipate the same results. Great product and wish you all the best.

We, (my family), own a mini bolt and just recently a Big Boy in .44 Mag. I have ownedWinchesters and Marlins, an 1894P, a model 1894ss and a Winchester 94, all in .44 mag. No other rifle even comes close to the smoothness of the Big Boy, and it's a beauty. Job well done and my daughter loves her mini bolt. Sincerely,

Gentleman,
I just took delivery of my first Henry, a large loop lever .22. The first time I shouldered it, it felt like it had been there a thousand times before. And such a smooth action! What a sweet little gun! I think this will be perfect to teach my Granddaughter gun safety and marksmanship. Thank you for such a fine instrument. I will treat it as a family heirloom.
This is my first Henry, but it won't be my last!
Sincerely,
Roger Reineke
Mr. Imperato, I received your catalog in the mail just a few days after I ordered it. My Wife and Son bought me a .22 lever action Henry rifle. I have fallen in love with this rifle. My Son bought me a scope to put on it. He zeroed it in and you can hit the target dead on every time. I am very pleased with the rifle. I look forward to buying another of your rifles in the future.
Thank you

Proud owner of a Golden Boy, best damn rifle I've ever owned, bar none!
