Henry Customer Letters
I just bought my son his first Henry. It's a Golden Boy 22LR with the big loop. It's a beautiful gun, thanks for making his 10th birthday a special one!
I bought a AR-7 a couple of years ago while living in North Idaho and working with Disaster Services. I kept it in my Survival duffel in the car but never had a chance to shoot it. I moved to South Carolina and joined a gun range and shot it last week. To my surprise and amazement of those around me, I was hitting dongs at 75 yards with just the peep site (no scope)
Thanks for a great gun!
I just wanted to drop you a note to tell you how good a job you and your company are doing. I bought one of your Henry Golden Boy rifles in .22 long rifle in December and so far I have been nothing but impressed. I have ran over 1500 rounds through it with only three FTF's and they were not the gun's fault, just cheap plinking ammo. The gun looks fabulous and shoots great.
I ordered a Cantilever Scope Mount from your company and have installed a Simmons Deerfield 4-12x Scope. The rifle groups an inch to an inch and a half at 50 yards and I can even hit pop bottles and spinner targets at 150 yards if I sight it in right. This rifle far exceeds others that I have, especially for the money.
Thank you for answering all the emails I have sent you in such an expeditious manner. I am a regular at RFC (Barr) and hope to see you there more often.
I have two of your rifles and will be adding the 17 next. They are a joy to shoot and just fun to have. Keep up the great work on these outstanding guns. Thank you

I have three of your rifles. These are without a doubt, the best value in a firearm today! My golden boy rivals the quality of my Browning!
I was just currious if you have any plans in the future of building a double shotgun. I would love to see someone build a quality American made double shotgun that is affordable.
I just had to ask.
Thanks for making a great product!

My dog Astro and I, were wandering on 50 acres of Kentucky farmland, when he caught the smell of a warren of rabbits. Sure enough, his nose down their hole produced about two dozen jack-rabbits that looked meaner than a hornets nest.
First they surrounded us, ears pointed, fangs showing, their rabbit eyes gleaming, and their whiskers snarling...They had us outnumbered a dozen to two, and my dog started looking concerned, as only a Labrador can...
Slowly I reached for my loaded Henry lever action .22 rifle. With the rabbits closing in on us, I did what only a true Kentucky gentleman would do; I started shooting those rabbits. The first one got it between the eyes, the second was running at me, so I got him in the chest. Twelve more rounds of gunfire blasted those crazed bunnies to kingdom come, but still they kept coming!
While I reloaded my Henry rifle, my dog guarded the perimeter, and barked wildly. By the time the second wave of the rabbit assault crashed into our flank, I was ready with the Henry. I downed 4 in short order, and then popped a few that were cresting a hill. The barrel of the Henry was getting warm, but the aim was fantastic! I sent them to their maker while they were darting about, I fired upon them as they went for my dog's throat, and finally I killed the bunny leader, just as he leaped in the air, towards the end of my rifle. He was gone in a flash!
For those of you who may not believe this old timer Kentucky gentleman, let me invite you to walk a certain bloody parcel of farmland in Union Kentucky, where Highway 42 meets Frogtown road. There, on about 50 acres near the Cool Springs, you will find the remains of several dozen bunnies strewn about; for my dog could only eat 2, and my wife would only skin and cook about 8.
Without my trusty Henry, I have no doubt that my dog would be dead, I would be next to him, and my wife and children would be alone in this world. Thank you Henry!
Mr. president!!! I am even more impressed with you and your company!!, A swift reply and sincere apprecviation of a satisfied customer!!... thank God there still exists an "American company", with quality , and customer satisfaction as a goal!!

Just a note to tell you how much I like your Henry Golden Boy 22LR. In 64 years I have shot my share of rifles, and none can compare to the smoothness, finish or accuracy. I highly recommend your products to everyone. Since I have your attention, I would like to see you make a 3 inch barrel Volcanic lever action pistol and the Big Boy in a .38 caliber.

Dear Henry Repeating Arms,
thank you for creating a wonderful tool. I just retired from the USMC and bought one of your Golden Boy 22s with the oversized lever. Right from the box, it has been accurate. I really enjoy teaching my kids about firearm safety with it. Thanks again and keep up the good work.
Dear sir; just to let you know that i bought a henry youth model for a 12 year old girl to learn how to shoot and to have fun, but most important i purchased a henry lever action 22 words cannot describe the wood and grain this 22 has its unreal. i am very thrilled to see you market the 22 in the hex barrel. If i had the opportunity to get one with the same wood --------i'd get it in a heart beat--------very pleased in oklahoma.
I now have two Henry rifles, a .22 mag Golden Boy and a .44 mag Big Boy. And I couldnt be happier with any other rifle. They are the perfection of American Craftmanship. These two guns will be passed on through my family. Thank You for making a great rifle.

I would just like to let you know, I bought a Henry .22 Lever Action, and really enjoy the rifle. Very accurate, lightweight and easy to shoot. My wife has never liked shooting but also has really liked shooting it. Just recently I went with some co-workers and several of them commented on the smooth action and good accuracy. Well done!
I bought your varmit express in 12/05, love the weapon have allready killed 7 coyotes with it. keep up the good work.
Dear Sir Anthony Imperato, words can barely express my appreciation to you for your personal response to me. I am touched to be so worthy. Of the many weapons that I own (and share with my family) only the "Henry"is the most desired to wield when we go afield. Horse back or afoot it was mine alone for many a year. I named her "Betsy" in honor of Davy Crockett's true friend, for she surely was mine on many occasions .I gave Betsy away to my most worthy nephew ,because he was so; Just like when my uncle Morgan gave her to me 43 years ago. I know that" Betsy" is in grateful hands:However,...When I so recently had the occasion or,good fortune to receive your advertisement about re introducing the Octagon barrel ,metal strapped lever action, rifle. My new "Betsy"is calling to me ...in .44 Caliber. If I may honor you,Sir Anthony Imperato, your wonderful family and friends ,I wish to do so out of appreciation for your love and dedication to a beloved craft.....And for all the "Cut's" in the Center"!!! I Reckon So!!!
Your Friend ,

Dear Anthony Imperato,
Thank you for the Henry catalog. I just wanted you to know that I bought one of your Henry Golden Boy 22 LR for my son. We have had the time of our lives shooting pop cans and other stationary targets. He just loves his new rifle and it has really opened up a new world for him. Besides being the most beautiful rifle on the market, it has outstanding accuracy! He will treasure it the rest of his life!
PS I purchased the rifle at Academy Sports and Outdoors, Edmond OK
i was forutunate enugh to get drawn for your standard 22 lever action. it is an amazing firearm its accuracy and size are absolutly phonominal. my friend shot it and inorder for me to get it back i litterly had to pry it out of his hands he loved it so much now were able to really bag a number of squriles in a day. thank you for making such a great fire arm.
I previously purchased one of your reapeating rifles and I personally think it is nicer then my marlin 30-30. In my opion you make the best reapeating rifle.

I did receive my catalogue. It is filled with some very fine looking rifles. I bought a Golden Boy in .22 cal. back in 01, I think. The action is way smother than my 9422. I've bagged over 30 groundhogs with it around my house and barn. 17 last year alone. It's a fine piece of craftsmanship, and dead on. Definitely an heirloom!
Thank You. Yes, we received your catalog. I looked it over and went to my local gun dealer and bought my Husband the "Big Boy" in 45 Long colt for his Birthday. What a great gun! He was thrilled and we have thoroughly enjoyed shooting it. We wouldn't hesitate to buy another Henry and have recommended it to our friends.
