Condolences

I just wanted to send my condolences to all of the family at Henry Repeating Arms.  A big thank you to Mr. Lou and all he has done for the gun industry.  I know that he has given my son a lifetime of happiness with his Lever Action Octagon Frontier Model ..22.

May God bless all of you.

Sincerely,
Greg Nickerson

He was always kind and always the perfect gentleman. I knew him only a short time and know that all who met him will miss him keenly. He contributed a wonderful family and what greater legacy can a man have. I join the chorus of people who pray for him and sing his praises.

I only learned of your fathers passing in November. The firearms business has lost one of its true pioneers, irrepressible spirits and genuinely nice guys. Lou made a big impression on me as a new salesman in the business. Despite the fact that he was one of the biggest wholesalers and I represented an insignificant line, he always treated me as if I was important to him. He had a charm and unselfconscious way about him that was particularly endearing. He had a way of connecting with people that was a rare and valuable gift. He was never short on ideas, nor was he afraid to act on them. I want you to know that I am very sorry for your loss. All the best to you and your family.

Sincerely,

Bob Coyle

Dearest Anthony:

I was so sorry to hear of you loosing your father. My heart and prayers goes out to you and your family. I am fortunate in that I had the pleasure of meeting and visiting with "Mr. Lou" at the SHOT Show on several occasions a few years back. What a beautiful gentleman, and we had such a great visit during those times. He took me under his wing and shared many interesting stories when I visited him each time he appeared there, although it was rare due to his heath. He is the epitome of a true neighborhood businessman from "the old side." His stories of how he began his business was quite interesting, especially with all the officers he dealt with.

Life does move on, but I am sure he is still with you each day in some way.

Sincerely,

Terry Erwin

Dear Anthony

Anthony,  We just learned of your fathers passing.  I'm so sorry.  We all considered Lou a good friend but I'm sure he was also your best friend.  He was a great example of the American family man.  I know he was very proud of you Anthony and all that you helped him accomplish.  Our thoughts are with you and your family.  We will always remember your Dad as a great guy.

Rick Robison

My sincerest condolences on the passing of your Dad. During my 36 years at Remington, Lou was my favorite customer. He was great to deal with and I always enjoyed our conversations. He was quite and "old school" guy - they dont make them like him anymore. I will remember him in my prayers at daily mass.

Sincerely,

Anthony, I am very sorry to read about you dad passing away. I was close to your dad for many years, when I first started in the firearms business. He helped me get started in this business.  And I am very greatful for what he had shown   me about this business.   I will surely miss him.  My prayers go out to you and your family.  The Caso family. I am looking forward to meet you when you move into Bayonne, N.J.

Best regards,  Frank Caso

Anthony,

I just wanted to take a moment to express my sincere condolences on the loss of your father.  Since I have been here at JSC, your father has always been a well respected "presence" in the business.  Lou Imperato was always spoken of with fondness by everyone.

I know from experience that is is very difficult to lose a parent, and I trust that your memories will take you through this very diffiult time.

Anthony,

I just heard of you father's passing and I wanted to send you my condolences.  My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this time.
Again, my deepest regrets.  I had the pleasure of meeting your father a few times, in fact I believe he introduced you to me, he was a great man with a big heart.

All the best,

Wayne Armacost

Anthony,

I can’t tell you how saddened I am by your Dad’s passing. The past few years he and I have become good friends and I enjoyed and cherish every minute of it. We spoke 2-3 times a week, and not just about business. He was a “hard as nails” businessman, but soft as “goose down pillow” human being. His ability to separate the two made him a unique individual. He loved and lived for his work. He loved his family most of all and spoke often and excitedly about all his children and grandchildren to me.  It will be sad that he won’t physically be able to be at the new factory but I’m sure his Spirit won’t miss a day. I will miss him a tremendous amount and will be lost for a while not being able to have my evening phone conversations with him. Again, my deepest sympathies to you and your family.

Love,
Mike

Dear Anthony,

I was very sorry to hear that your dad, one of the rocks upon which our industry was built and has been supported for decades, has gone home to be with the Lord. He was always more than kind to me and I remember well the few times that I had the opportunity to be with both of you. I have met few men of his stature and strength of character. You were fortunate to be his son.

My Sincere Regrets –

Dear Anthony,

I feel awfully sorry to learn that your father Luigi passed away last Wednesday.
On behalf of all members of my organization, Stefano Gervasoni and myself, I would like to express my heartfelt sympathy to you, your mother and all your families.
Our beloved Luigi was a great man, an you must be very proud of him! He really loved his family, his work too; he also loved me and reserved me a special appreciation.
I will never forget such a good and generous person.
Goodbye my friend Lou!

Marco Minelli

My dear Anthony

that makes me very sad...
I loved your father. My life gave me the great opportunity to meet him, and as I explained to my wife last night, I  have been very lucky: he was a great man, he lived a very adventurouse life and ...always... at the top of the wave. Never behind the scene ...Which is not is not easy and usual.
Lou was a great teacher. No question. And I thank God to have met him.
I'm sure he feels now good and he stays well. I'm sure.

Anthony, please have all my consolation and support. My wife Katiuscia and my sons Fabrizio and Ilaria joint me in this.

Love Stefano

Anthony….  Heartfelt sympathy from Ann, Jessica and me. We have lost a dear friend of some 40 years and I know the grief is even greater for the loss of a beloved husband and father. I hope that the memories of all the great things this man offered will somehow ease the pain of his passing. May God bless you and yours and be with you in the days ahead. He will never be forgotten. All our love.
