Dear Mr. Imperato It has recently become my pleasure to deal with your company, yourself and the wonderful firearms you manufacture. Let me say that I am thrilled with the quality of the guns. Their esthetic beauty is icing on the cake for a quality firearm. I have the privelege of handling and shooting firearms from many manufacturers and it pleases me to say that yours is truley in a class by itself. Rare in this day and age, the deotion to quality and customer service displayed by you and your staff is without equal, especially at a time when mass production and quick sale is the unfortunate hallmark of many industries. Let me take this opportunity to speak to those who might read this on your website and say that if you are looking for value in price and quality, unequaled beauty and function in a truley fine gun, you cannot do better in my estimation than to take one of these fine guns home. Thank you and those who work for Henry for giving us, the consumer, the opportunity to own a gun with real value, quality and workmanship. Sincerely,
Mr. Rick D. Roseland

Dear Sirs
Thank you for getting back with me on the information I requested, I did buy a Henry last week. And I am hear to say that it has the best action I have ever seen on a lever action Rifle. Its so smooth. And the appearance of the weapon is just awesome, I will be proud to pass this weapon on to my grandson when he comes of age to learn to shoot.
Thanks again for your wonderful product, If it OK with you guys I would like to tell all my friends about your product. I just ask that you send me a catalog every now and again so I can keep up with the new wonderful products that I am sure is to come.
Thank you

I am David DiStefano. Recently, I had a Henry .22Mag rifle with a mal-function. The lever action did not put the hammer into a "ready to fire" position. For some reason it missed the "full-cocked" position by a couple of milimeters and the hammer would follow the bolt back down into the "safe" position.
I want to commend you and your entire company for having the BEST customer service I have EVER encountered. When I sent you an e-mail asking what I should do, you responded with no questions asked!! You sent the UPS service to my front door for a no-cost-to-me pickup. You examined and repaired the rifle and returned it to me in a VERY short time (less than 30 days, roundtrip). Your repair notes indicated that you replaced the hammer and trigger mechanism and test-fired the rifle 30 times. As far as I can tell, it is functioning like new! I can't wait for my next opportunity to go out and shoot it again. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You. I now know why I own TWO Henry rifles and am looking for someone to buy my Ruger and Winchester .22's. I was going to give my Winchester .22 lever action to my Grand-son. Now I am planning to buy him a Henry!!

Mr. Imperato -
I would like to thank you for your excellent - no, outstanding - attention to your customer's needs. I got busy, and couldn't call on the thirteenth, so I phoned the next morning, the fourteenth, and spoke with a gentleman who couldn't have been more pleasant and accommodating. We chatted about shooting and the Henry Rifle. He was an amazing ambassador of good-will for your company.
I received the firing pin today (the eighteenth) and it was post marked the fourteenth, the day I called.
I don't know what you're doing, but you are doing it magnificently. You should be giving classes to American manufacturers. If all American business men conducted their activities in the manner which you do, Toyota would still be looking for a market for their cars.
I take my hat off to you, and I thank you.

I've owned my .22 lever action Henry for 2 years now, and I can't put it down. I can pick off any bird, squirrel, or frog at up to 150 yards. It's the first gun I pull out in the morning and the last to be put down. I'm just writing to prove how well the Henry has performed for me. Thanks for building the smoothest, most accurate .22 I've ever owned.

You folks make some might delicious pieces!
If General Motors had emulated the evident quality of Henry Repeating Arms' design and manufacture, Toyota would be a tinfoil footnote in automotive history.
My compliments!

I recently bought one of your .22 carbines. Right out of the box I just knew that this was a special rifle. What a great gun!! This was my first Henry purchase and I couldn't be more pleased. Since I bought it I've had 3 of my girls shoot it as well and they realy enjoyed it! There all still pretty young, the oldest being 11. But what a way too bond with your children then break our the ol' Henry! This gun is the first gun my 3 girls have shot, as well as my nephew and niece. As far as I am concerned it's a priceless family heirloom!! I can't wait for my fourth girl too get old enough too shoot it as well. You all keep up the good work, I absolutley love your product line. Most defenitley the .17hrm, and even down too the orange shirt listed on the web site. Which by the way I do not own or the .17hrm. Who knows one day! Thanks once again for building such a great gun.

To: Anthony Imperato, President,
Within the last two weeks I had purchased an AR-7 and a Lever action .22LR. I took them both to the range this past weekend and both shot right on the money, no adjustments were necessary. I just wanted to thank the Henry team for producing a fine weapon at a great price.

I have owned probably 15 .22 rifles in my long life, and for value and smoothness of operation, this Henry is among the very best! What a simple, smooth mechanism!
