I bought my Varmint Express late last hunting season. I really got my first chance to us this beauty this year and I LOVE IT. Its quality and craftsmanship is totally top notch. I have many other makers small caliber rifles and none compare with you product. My hats off to you and your staff on an exceptional rifle. Keep up the good work and I will be buying another.

I purchased an HMR .17 Lever action Varmint model and am very pleased with it's perrformance. It's a well-built, solid gun that was smooth right out of the box. Like your motto says, it was priced right.....so right as a matter of fact that I intend to buy my daughter the bolt-action for Christmas!

Thanks again for a well made gun.

I saw your ad in the North Dakota Living Magazine recently, and ordered a catalog. Last Monday, I purchased a Henry .17HMR from Scheel's Sports here in Bismarck, ND. Finally, I got an opportunity to shoot it yesterday at the local gun range. What an incredible rifle! The action is silky smooth; and it's a classy looking "machine." (The guy at the shooting stand next to me was impressed...he's "always wanted to get a Henry.") Even though I have a .22 magnum semi-automatic (Ruger), a 10/22 (Ruger), and a .223 ranch rifle (Ruger), I've always been curious about the .17HMR caliber and wanted to give it a try. I did. I was impressed. I shoot left-handed, so I prefer semi-automatic rifles. But, the smooth action and the design of your lever-action Henry, make it very easy for this old south-paw to shoot. Just wanted to say thanks for a high-quality weapon. By the way, with an open sight, I hit a pop bottle at 100 yards. It only took three shots! The rife I have has the "neon" sights...so prairie dogs better watch out!! Keep up the good work!!

My .17HMR Varmint Express is really great. The cantilever base is a solid platform for the BSA Sweet 17 scope. It's a pleasure shooting such a surprisingly tack driving package.

Yesterday I purchased a used Henry Acu-bolt with the 4x scope on it in .17HMR. The rifle only had had 15 shots run thru it with Hornady Varmit Express loads with V-MAX bullets.

I was more than skeptical about purchasing a caliber the size of a BB, because I'm from Texas and bigger is always better. So I was more than impressed when I took the first shot with that Lil Henry. The very first shot I took was at a Jack Rabbit around 120 yards away. All I could see was it's head sticking out of its burrow. I thought that there was no chance I could hit that target. Much to my amazement, I shot, and the rabbit did a complete flip out of the hole and just laid there. I've shot hundreds of rabbits with my old Winchester 22 pump and you might see where the bullet entered, and you might not. This Lil Henry with the BB sized projectile was amazing. Not only could you see where the bullet had entered the rabbit, but there wasn't much left of the other side of the rabbits head. If I hadn't known better I would of thought that the rabbit had been shot with a 22-250 or something equivalant. My hat is off to you at Henry for producing a high quality rifle at an affordable price.

I've already called my two best hunting buddies and told them they need to go down and buy a Henry ACU-BOLT as soon as possible. I've always wanted a Henry with the brass reciever in 44-40 or 45-70 cal. I'm going to be looking for one now. But right now I'm on my way to buy 500 rounds for my Lil Henry BB gun. I just love it! Old Hippy Redneck from Texas.

I have an old catalog I know because the prices have changed. I would appreicate a current issue and if possible one for a friend who hasn't a computer and who enjoys shooting mine. I have your ACCU-BOLT .17 HMR I put a 8x32 scope on it and I'm hiting siloettes at 300 yds on lookers can't believe it. My next is the Varmint Express .17 HMR. Keep building new ones and I keep buying them. Thank You

I won a .22LR Henry Golden Boy at the local Van Zandt County, Texas Friends of NRA banquet last year. I have two brothers-in-law who pride themselves in their long time to acquire Browning shotgun collections, which are truly nice. But either would easily trade any gun they have for my "Golden Boy. Possibly not due to resale value but rather for my Henty's intrinsic uniqueness, historic significance , quality, and overall beauty. My .22 is simply the first in my collection. Next will likely be the .22HMR? varminter. But there will hoprfully, and almost certainly, be several variations in my collection before I reach trail's end. Then I know my sons, grandsons, and yes, even granddaughters will be as proud as I to have thes beautiful and wonderful little firearms with which to prime the pumps of their own collections. My hat is off to all of you at Henry for up-hoding such a tradition of excellence. My mind harkens me back to aong sung by a groupa few years ago . Yhe group was called"The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band". This group had numerous country and soft rock hits spanning numerous years. My all-time favorite of theirs was one of their last recordings, which encapsulated their history, as well as their trsdition as musicians and singers, and it certainly reminds me of the same traits which are closely associated with Henry. The title of the song, written by the Dirt Band's lead singer, is: It's GREAT TO BE PART OF SOMETHING SO GOOD THAT'S LASTED SO LONG."sO BE IT WITH THE "dIRT bAND. sO BE IT WITH hENRY rEPEATING aRMS. aS i WISH MYSELF SUCCESS WITH MY hENRY COLLECTION, I ALSO WISH YOU CONTINUED SUCCESS WITH YOUR WONDERFUL Henry Arms. Thanks, & have a great day. appreciatively,

Mr Imperato A few weeks ago I contacted you regarding a problem I had with the extractor on my Henry Acu-Bolt rifle. I discussed this with Mr Paul Manos and he sent me a replacement part immediately. The rifle has been working well since I installed the new extractor. I want to send a big Thank You to you and your staff for the prompt and excellent service that you provide. I currently own a Golden Boy and the Acu-bolt and I am seriously thinking about purchasing the Varmint Express .17 HMR if I can find a Canadian dealer that carries it. Again, allow me to express my greatest appreciation for such service.

Anthony, I did get the catalog and I also was able to find a local dealer. I purchased your .17 HMR Varmit rifle and am very pleased with it. I can shoot a turkey in the eye (paper target) at 60 yards. Thanks for a great gun, I'm sure I will have many years of good fun with it.
