Letters from Acu-Bolt owners

Mr. Imperato, I got the Frontier model I ordered in a .22 caliber.  I love it.   I just ordered the .17 caliber Golden Boy.   Haven't decided on which Henry I will get next.  I'm thinking maybe the Accu Bolt.     You should be very proud of your firearms and your company.

The Promise that you made and sent was that of a hand shake. The way I and my family have been taught to do business. Attached are two photos of my self, my Son Chris and that of my Grandson, Drew Patrick age Six.

Drew Pat came over this Saturday Morning and gave me a hug and he yelled out, " you and Daddy bought me a gun ?  I said yepper, your first Henry " He said thank you and hugged us. We instructed him once again on handling and will continue to do so until he hits the mental trust age. He was all smiles and as you can see even through the photo op, the smiling and deep grinning did not stop. His " Botcha " as he calls her shot the photos and we were all thrilled with the beautiful breakfast visit we enjoyed.

Thank your staff for a job well done.

Anthony:   Just wanted to send you a photo of two youngsters from Texas. Their grandfather was Darrell Holt, (now deceased) who was one of the pioneers of Hunter Education in this great state and one of the founders of the original IHEA. We had the privilege of teaching them how to shoot a few weeks ago using the Henry Accubolt. Billy Holt, Darrell?s brother is one of our original instructors and he asked Steve Hall  and me to help him with this project. Thanks for all your support for our programs.    Kindest regards,

Mr. Imperato, Hard to believe the president of a company as large as Henry has taken the time to help me as you have. I picked up my rifle today. This would not have happened but for your help. The rifle is beautiful and I can hardly wait to shoot it. I hope you have a Merry Christmas. Sincerely,

I thought that I would send a picture of my daughter Whitney and what she got for her birthday. At the 4H meeting tonight Whitney took her new H005 to show it off now I've got to go find 2 more H005 and find a H007 for the team. Thanks for making a great rifle the the kids.

Dear Sirs, Enclosed is a typical 5 shot group that was shot with my Henry Accu-Bolt 22 wmr, it measures .325 inches. The group was shot at 50 yards with a weaver v-2x7 scope, cci maxi-mag 40 gr. hp ammunition. The scope was set on 4 power. I have shot hand loads at bench rest for years and this is the most accurate 22 wmr that I have had the pleasure to own. This accuracy is repeatable time after time. I am 72 years young and enjoy shooting a fine fire arm such as yours. Good shooting,

I am forwarding some pics of the kids shooting a Henry! Sincerely,

Anthony:

Thank you for supporting the Florida Hunter Safety program.

Our hunter safety instructors ask for firearms that are easy for young people to use and safe to handle. The unique size of the Mini-Bolt rifle enables us to properly instruct smaller students correct marksmanship skills. The single shot action gives our instructors extra control of safety by loading only a single round when instructing new shooters on the range.

We look for rifles that are not only safe, but also durable and dependable. These Henry rifles are unsurpassed in quality and workmanship. The stainless steel barrel and action and the rugged synthetic stock on both the Acu-Bolt and Mini-Bolt rifles make a perfect combination that will provide years of service for our hunter safety program. And best of all, they are not only made right, but made right here in America.

As we discussed, we will use the rifles in our Youth Hunting Field day. The other rifles will go into the hunter safety program at the Ocala Outdoor Adventure Camp where thousands of young hunters will continue to use it in our hunter safety program and in our summer Outdoor Adventure Camp program.

Once again, thank you for your generosity.

Sincerely,

Bill Cline

Gentlemen, I am not a shooting braggart. I recently shot this attached group at 100 yards using my Henry Accu Bolt in 17HMR. Three shots are in a 3/16 group and the 4th shot opens the group up to ½. I was using CCI 20grain gamepoint ammo. There was some breeze so this group is even more amazing. I chose the accubolt because of the handy size and styling; Ill keep it for the shooting performance.

Yesterday I purchased a used Henry Acu-bolt with the 4x scope on it in .17HMR. The rifle only had had 15 shots run thru it with Hornady Varmit Express loads with V-MAX bullets.

I was more than skeptical about purchasing a caliber the size of a BB, because I'm from Texas and bigger is always better. So I was more than impressed when I took the first shot with that Lil Henry. The very first shot I took was at a Jack Rabbit around 120 yards away. All I could see was it's head sticking out of its burrow. I thought that there was no chance I could hit that target. Much to my amazement, I shot, and the rabbit did a complete flip out of the hole and just laid there. I've shot hundreds of rabbits with my old Winchester 22 pump and you might see where the bullet entered, and you might not. This Lil Henry with the BB sized projectile was amazing. Not only could you see where the bullet had entered the rabbit, but there wasn't much left of the other side of the rabbits head. If I hadn't known better I would of thought that the rabbit had been shot with a 22-250 or something equivalant. My hat is off to you at Henry for producing a high quality rifle at an affordable price.

I've already called my two best hunting buddies and told them they need to go down and buy a Henry ACU-BOLT as soon as possible. I've always wanted a Henry with the brass reciever in 44-40 or 45-70 cal. I'm going to be looking for one now. But right now I'm on my way to buy 500 rounds for my Lil Henry BB gun. I just love it!
